Tehran Fairground are in Tajrish, a town quarter which is around 1,700
m above sea level and is renowned for its pleasant climate. All
international events are held in halls of a high standard. Two of them
are new, more new halls are planned.
Tehran permanent fair ground has a total area of 1,240,000 sqm with
120,000 sqm of indoors and 45,000 sqm of open exhibition space. Due to
its easy access by the trading companies of the neighbouring countries
including the central asian republics this venue enjoys a special
significance in the region
All the international hotels are located near the fairgrounds and can be reached by car within a few minutes.
